Cultivating a Peaceful Meditation Environment
For most people, thoughts stream into and out of the mind during meditation, so developing a nonjudgemental aattitude and accepting what comes will keep meditation more peaceful. but why do thoughts come into the mind? Most of the time, they bubble up from the subconscious mind into the conscious mind, allowing the subconscious mind to decongest. So, having distracting thoughs come into the mind during meditation is natural and part of the process. Learn to embrace this beneficial process and cultivate a more peaceful inner environment for your meditation to flourish.
