A Little Guilt Is Positive

Feeling guilty when we have done something wrong or acted insensitively toward others can spur us to amend our mistake or to change our behavior in the future.  On the other hand, wallowing in guilt can be counterproductive to our growth.  But the ability to feel guilty shows we have a conscience.  This motivates us to change.  Guilt can be a driving force that sparks our interest in bettering ourselves.

OM Shanti, Shanti, Shanti
