Minimize Obsessing
Guruji
Reverend Jaganath Carrera

One's mind may repeatedly reviw an event that has already occurred.  This can happen because our minds try to make sense of the world; so until we can process an event and understand what it is teaching us, we tend to rehash it.  If we cultivate the capacity to get the lessons from our experiences without obsessing on the particulars, we can let  go of the past more easily.
