Reducing Cravings


You can greatly reduce unwanted cravings by addressing imbalances in the body.  Toxins tend to accumulate in the sigmoid colon, which forms a loop toward the end of the colon.  One can reduce cravings for sugar, caffeine, nicotine, and so forth by removing built-up toxins from the body.  It is helpful to cleanse the colon by irrigating it using enemas or colonics.
