As we practice the eight limbs of yoga, it helps to remember that limbs are not steps; we want to work on practicing more than one limb at once even though we may never be perfect at any one. Also, it helps to practice regularly. For example, it's better to meditate fifteen minutes each day than to try meditating three hours, once per week.
