As we progress in Hatha Yoga,
in fact, our practice becomes simpler. Fewer asanas held longer have a greater benefit. But never neglect pranayama. It is the gold of Hatha Yoga. It is like Yoga's acupuncture. Pranayama along with mudras and bandhas breaks through energetic obstructions and balances our physical and subtle bodies.
