A large part of living the Yoga life means:
* To be in the moment, intently listening to the opportunities the moment holds for learning and service.
* To be nonjudgemental, compassionate, and inclusive of others.
* To not condemn what we do not understand, but to look for common ground.
* To spend a little time everyday for your health and peace and then share it with all.
