The Power of a Mantra

"A mantra is God manifesting as sound. It is equivalent to God because by concentrated repetition of a mantra, you come to experience God as your own Self. Chant your mantra everyday. You can also write our mantra, chew it with your food, and repeat it with each step you take. Master Sivanandaji, a physician himself, often said that, 'Diseases pronounced incurable by doctors can be cured by repetition of a mantra.'"
